PRODECURE FOR REGISTRATION

Online registration is available at the webpage or can be done in person at an information desk. There is a legal requirement to be 16 years or older (during the calendar year) in order to register. Further information regarding the timetable of the information desks is available in the following link.

Registration is successfully complete only when the full amount of fees is paid. Once payment is completed, any changes or cancellations will not be accepted except in the cases provided in the corresponding regulations of the University of Barcelona.

The accepted payment method is with a debit or credit card.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Cancellation of registration must be requested in writing via an email. The reason for requesting cancellation must be provided, (academic or work-related reasons, illness or other reasons), and accepted by the management of the EIM.

The deadline for submitting the application for cancellation of registration must be prior to the last day of registration, and it must always be requested prior to the sitting of any examination.
